John Vrionis

Co-Founder and Managing Partner

Unusual Ventures

John Vrionis is a Co-Founder and Partner at Unusual Ventures, leading investments in enterprise startups and is the creator of Unusual Academy. Originally from Georgia, John attended Harvard where he studied economics and played soccer. His drive to learn pushed him to earn his master’s degree in computer science from the University of Chicago, while helping with technical diligence and sourcing at a venture capital firm. Inspired by successful entrepreneurs, John arrived in Silicon Valley in 2002 and worked in product management and sales before completing his MBA at Stanford. Prior to founding Unusual Ventures, John was a General Partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners. He’s been an early investor in several billion dollar plus companies, including: AppDynamics, Mulesoft, Nicira, Nimble Storage, Arctic Wolf Networks, Affirmed Networks, DataStax, Harness, and Heptio.

Jason Krikorian

General Partner

DCM Ventures

Jason Krikorian is General Partner at DCM Ventures. He co-founded Sling Media, the DCM Ventures-backed pioneering digital media company that created the Slingbox. Jason’s experience as a successful entrepreneur brings unique first-hand insights and support to his portfolio companies. As co-founder of Sling Media, Jason led the establishment of partnerships with global MSOs and mobile operators, as well as the international expansion of the company. At DCM Ventures, Jason focuses on digital media, the Internet of Things, and industrial applications of consumer technology, among other themes. Prior to Sling Media, Jason was a Partner at id8 Group where he advised leading global brands on product and business strategy focusing on digital media and mobile device platforms. Jason also spent several years at BCG where he advised Fortune 500 clients in the retail, automotive and utilities sectors.

David Mount



David Mount is a partner at G2VP, focused on investments at the intersection of advanced digital technologies and traditional industry. Prior to G2VP, David was a partner in the Green Growth Fund at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers for nine years, where he invested in companies such as OSIsoft, ServiceMax, Opower and SilverSpring Networks. He also founded Element Analytics, a software company focused on time series data analysis. Earlier in his career, David worked in the energy, chemicals and consumer portfolios at Bain Capital Credit, a $20B structured finance unit of Bain Capital. David holds a B.A. from Yale University, an M.S. in environment and resources and an M.B.A. from Stanford University, where he was an Arjay Miller Scholar. He remains involved at Stanford as a guest lecturer and as a member of the Dean’s Advisory Board at the Stanford School of Earth, Energy and Environmental Sciences.

Ashley Fieglein Johnson



Ashley Fieglein Johnson is CFO of Planet. She is an expert in corporate strategy, business development and finance, and has extensive experience building and leading executive teams in the technology space at both public and private companies. Prior to joining Planet, Ashley was the COO and CFO of Wealthfront, a next-generation banking service that helps young professionals manage their savings. Prior to joining Wealthfront, Ashley held a range of senior leadership positions within ServiceSource that included Chief Customer Officer, Interim CEO and CFO. Prior to ServiceSource, Ashley worked in private equity and investment banking for General Atlantic and Morgan Stanley. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Masters in International Policy from Stanford University.

George Mathew

Managing Director

Insight Partners

George Mathew joins Insight Partners as a Managing Director focused on venture stage investments in AI, ML, Analytics, and Data companies as they are establishing Product/Market Fit. He brings 20+ years of experience developing high-growth technology startups including most recently being CEO of Kespry. Prior to Kespry, George was President & COO of Alteryx where he scaled up the company through its IPO (AYX). Previously he held senior leadership positions at SAP and He has driven company strategy, led product management and development, and built sales and marketing teams. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from Cornell University and a Masters in Business Administration from Duke University, where he was a Fuqua Scholar.

Krishnan Hariharan



Krishnan Hariharan is a seasoned technology executive and brings 20 years of diverse operational experience to the company. Prior to joining Kespry, Krishnan held senior leadership positions at PrecisionHawk, SAVO, Sabre and OpenText, including founding River North Labs, a technology consulting company. He has led product management and development, and scaled sales, customer success, and marketing teams. As President & CEO at Kespry, he is focused on building the next generation of aerial intelligence solutions that makes it easy for customers to optimize data collection, automate processing, and extract actionable insights from aerial technology. Krishnan received his Bachelors in Electronics from Delhi University and has an MBA from Duke University.
