George Mathew brings 20 years of experience developing high growth technology startups to the company. Prior to Kespry, George held senior leadership positions at Alteryx, salesforce.com and SAP. He has driven company strategy, led product management and development, and built sales and marketing teams. He joined Kespry in early 2017 as Chairman of the Board and CEO, where he will focus on leading the company’s mission to transform how people and businesses capture, use and get value from work site intelligence. George holds a Bachelor of Science in Neurobiology from Cornell University and a Masters in Business Administration from Duke University, where he was a Fuqua Scholar.
Jeff Palmer is a technology executive who brings decades of experience to Kespry management and operations. Before Kespry, Jeff served as CEO of Blue Lane, a security appliance maker (sold to VMware), was President of GetThere, a corporate online travel procurement system (sold to Sabre Holdings), and was SVP Marketing of Memco Software (sold to Platinum Technologies). Earlier in his career, he held several executive positions at Bolt Beranek and Newman Inc (NYSE: BBN). Jeff holds a BSME from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Parker Clark leads technology innovation and manufacturing at Kespry and was one of the first employees to join the team shortly after the company was formed in 2013. He has seven patents pending around autonomy and aerial data precision and is regarded as an innovator in the autonomous drone industry. Prior to Kespry, Parker attended Stanford Engineering and was awarded the Henry Ford II Scholar Award for graduating at the top of his class.
Jitender brings 20 years of startup and big-company experience in building and scaling product management and analytics organizations. Prior to joining Kespry, Jitender held the position of Head of Data Engineering for Core Growth at Facebook where he was responsible for using data analytics to drive global growth of Facebook's customer base. Prior to that, Jitender held senior leadership positions at GraphSQL and SAP. At Kespry, Jitender is responsible for product management, UX and data science. Jitender holds an MBA from University of Chicago's Booth School of Business and a BS in EE from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT).
Jim Allison brings more than two decades of experience in engineering development in high growth environments to the Kespry team. He is a technology and business leader with deep experience in driving globally distributed development and managing high functioning teams. Prior to Kespry, Jim was VP of Engineering and Advisor at Motion Intelligence, VP Product Development at Lily Robotics, VP Engineering at Livescribe, Cofounder of Xumii, and VP Engineering at U3 (ScanDisk). Jim holds a computer science degree from Northwestern University.
David brings more than two decades of global relationship marketing and brand building experience to the Kespry management team. Before Kespry, David was CMO at Elevaate, a retail industry SaaS startup and VP Marketing at Box where he led brand strategy, interaction design and communications from 2012 through IPO in early 2015. Prior to Box, David was an executive team member at Publicis, McCann Worldgroup, and Ogilvy working on a wide range of global blue chip brands. David is a graduate of the Newcastle School of Art and Design (UK) and has been recognized for marketing excellence with more than 40 international awards. More recently the Wall Street Journal’s Marketers That Matter awarded him Brand Marketer of the Year for companies under 1,000 employees.
Grant Lee leads Global Sales for Kespry. Prior to Kespry, Grant ran Sales for Rapleaf, a subsidiary of Liveramp (acquired by Acxiom Corp). Grant started his career in FinTech Sales, at ConvergEx, the leading Order Management platform for U.S. hedge funds. He is a graduate of Brown University and holds an MBA from Stanford University, during which time he worked on the Strategic Business Development team at Amazon.
Gabriel Dobbs leads new business for Kespry and is a recognized authority on UAV regulations. An early employee of Kespry, Gabriel helps Kespry land flagship customers in new markets and works with civil aviation agencies around the world to craft policy for the next generation of UAS. In 2014, Gabriel secured the first 333 exemption for drone operations in construction in the United States. He has been recognized on the Forbes' 30 under 30. Prior to Kespry, Gabriel worked at Google and 23andMe on policy and competition, and with SpaceX on business development and policy. Gabriel earned his JD and MBA from Stanford University.
Michael Hersher leads Customer Success and Retention at Kespry, where he focuses on helping customers apply the Kespry technology to their individual needs. Prior to Kespry, he worked for the American Red Cross Disaster Services in a variety of roles. He led geospatial intelligence efforts for major natural disasters, including earthquakes, hurricanes, and wildfires. He was also recognized nationally for integrating emerging technologies into disaster response. Michael holds an AB in Biochemistry from Harvard.
